I learned this simple, yet amazingly delicious recipe from my sister. The ingredients are just pork, napa cabbage, sake, and salt. You are going to combine them together and stew, and just wait until napa cabbage is going to absorb wonderful flavor which coming out from the pork.
- 1/2 napa cabbage
- 1/2 lb pork (fatty block or slice)
- 1.5 cup sake
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
