I learned this simple, yet amazingly delicious recipe from my sister. The ingredients are just pork, napa cabbage, sake, and salt. Just combine them together in a pot and and cook. Napa cabbage softens and absorbs wonderful flavor from the pork.
It warms you up particularly cold winter day. Easy on your wallet, too.
- 1/2 napa cabbage
- 1/2 lb pork (fatty block or slice)
- 1.5 cup sake
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
