I learned this simple, yet amazingly delicious pork and napa recipe from my sister. The ingredients are just pork, napa cabbage, sake, and salt. Just combine them together in a pot and and cook. Napa cabbage, which absorbed wonderful flavor of pork, melts in your mouth.
You can use thinly sliced pork, pork chop, block of pork, or any kind of pork you can get. Little fattier ones work better for this recipe.
It warms you up particularly cold winter day. Easy on your wallet, too.
- 1/2 napa cabbage
- 1/2 lb pork (fatty block or slice)
- 1.5 cup sake
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
