Beef Udon with Broth Recipe

This is a quick, easy and delicious beef udon noodles with broth recipe. The beef can be any parts, but it has to be thinly sliced in order to eat easily with chopsticks only. You can find very thinly sliced frozen “sukiyaki cut” or “shabu-shabu cut” at Japanese, Chinese and Korean grocery stores. When I go to those stores, I often buy a couple of packs of thinly sliced frozen beef and keep them in a freezer.

If you buy a packaged “thin sliced beef” for steak at regular grocery stores, cut it in smaller pieces before cooking.
