Carrot Greens Furikake

Don’t throw away that carrot greens, particularly when you get them from CSA or farmers’ market next time. You can make carrot greens furikake.

Furikake is a sort of condiments to sprinkle over cooked rice. It’s simple, quick, nutritious, and store well in a refrigerator.

Jako, dried baby sardines, I used in the recipe can be found at a Japanese grocery stores, but it’s an optional.
