Kanto Style Ozoni

Ozoni or zoni is a type of soup meal with mochi, typically eaten in January. There are really wide different varieties of this food, so that my recipe is just one example from Tokyo area.

Basically, people cook mochi using the ingredients, which are available in the area. So that you can use whatever you have in your fridge. It’s great if you can have many different vegetables, if not just cook with what you have.
