Satueed Shimeji and Fresh Spinach Salad Recipe

This is a very easy and quick salad, which I originally made by chance using leftover items in my fridge. You only need 4 ingredients; shimeji mushrooms, baby spinach, vegetable oil, and soy sauce. As it turned out to be very satisfying, I developed a recipe. If you want more volume, add soba noodles.
