Sauteed Asparagus with Katsuobushi

When I was a student in Japan, I had a part-time job as a waitress at a Japanese restaurant. After the last order was out, the chef cooked food for us. This sauteed asparagus with katuobushi was one of the side dish the restaurant often served us. It’s quick, easy to make, and delicious. You really don’t need a recipe, but here it is.
