Temakizushi is roll it yourself sushi, usually a half size nori sheet (approximately 7-1/2″ x 4″) topped with variety of ingredients is rolled into a conical shape.
You provide nori, seasoned rice, and prepared ingredients on the table. Then, individuals pick nori, spread seasoned rice on it, and put their favorite ingredients just before eating.
As you don’t have to roll sushi, your skill doesn’t matter. And people love to roll their own sushi with their favorite ingredients. Even kids can do it without problems.
Ingredients can be regular sushi ingredients, such as raw fish, cod fish roe, sliced cucumber, and so on. But it is not easy to get fresh fish for sushi outside of Japan, so that the recipe here includes only the ingredients readily available at ordinary American grocery stores.
You don’t have to provide all the ingredients as I listed below, but it is more appetizing if you can put variety of colorful ingredients on the table.

What is the ratio of rice vinegar to rice when making sushi rice?

Use about a little more than 1 tbsp per 1 cup of cooked rice. Try it first, then adjust to your taste.
