Tiny Japanese Meatballs for Kids Bento Lunch

I don’t make bento lunch everyday for my son, as he is provided school lunch. But when he goes to a school trip time to time, I make lunch for him. The bento lunch I make is not fancy in Japanese standard, but I think it’s decent.

I often make mini meatballs when I prepare bento lunch for my son. Ground beef is flavored with soy sauce and sugar, and made into bite size balls. So that a child can eat them easily. I usually make them a night before to save time in the morning, and heat them in a microwave just before packing in the morning.
